Overview: SAMAN VILLAS INDURUWA Where the gloriously aqua-hued waters of the Indian Ocean gently lap fine golden sandy shores of the Southern coast of Sri Lanka, is where you’ll find a unique and undeniably romantic boutique hotel that pushes the boundaries of luxury. Saman Villas has a great location for those who would like to relax in a peaceful environment whilst still having the opportunity to explore locally.

The hotel sits on a rocky headland between two long stretches of golden sand. Although the location is very quiet and secluded, all the facilities of nearby Bentota are just five kilometers away allowing guests easy access to a range of restaurants and bars.

Room Types

There are just 27 suites, each very spacious with incredible sea views, iPod docking stations, DVD players and air conditioning. Some also offer a private pool.

Superior suite

The superior suites are approximately 65m2 and are set on the top floor of two-story buildings with beautiful sea views and a balcony.

Deluxe suite

Larger than the Superior suites at around 76m2, the Deluxe Suites are on the ground floor with a spacious terrace which leads to a private garden and outdoor rain shower.

Deluxe suite with pool

The Deluxe Suites with Pool are similar to the Deluxe Suites but slightly larger at just over 80m2 and with the added benefit of a private pool with views over the Indian Ocean, as well as a beautiful indoor and outdoor bathroom.

Grand deluxe suite

The Grand Deluxe Suite is just over 80m2 and set on the ground floor at the far south end of the building. The sleeping area opens onto a private pool overlooking the ocean and a large deck with sun loungers and a dining area.

Saman Villas Suite

The largest Villa available the Saman Villa is set over two floors and offers superb levels of luxury. On the ground floor there is a spacious living area which opens out onto a large terrace and private garden and there is a lap pool set within a walled area at the back of the suite. The bedroom also features a balcony set on the first floor with dressing room and butler service throughout.
